Can anyone purchase your products?

Our websites allow both authorized promotional products distributors and end customers to shop online.

Orders placed by end customers will be directed to an authorized promotional products distributor. When an end customer registers for an account on our websites, they are given the option to either select their own promotional products distributor or have The Aprinta Group choose one for them. After their orders are placed online, their preferred promotional products distributor will facilitate them offline to further discuss the personalized nature of their order.

 

How can I become an authorized distributor?

How do I find a particular product on your websites?

You can search for products on our websites using the search box in the upper left- hand corner of our sites. You have the option to search all brands or one specific brand–select your option using the drop-down menu immediately to the left of the search box. Once you've selected the brand you'd like to search, simply enter a one word description, the product number or name of the product and click "GO!". The Search box may find more than one product that matches your query.

 

If I have tried to find an item using search box, and the search came up empty, what other options do I have?

First, try changing the word(s) used in your search to something more general. If that fails, try to locate the item by using the drop down categories listed above the search box. If you're still not able to find your product, we'd be more than happy to facilitate you in having your product created! I want to place an order, but I have some questions. What can I do?

Is my imprint included in the price of my order?

Most of our products include a 1-color imprint on one location. To find out what is included in the price of an item, and to view any additional charges such as setup or run charges, please view the product specifications found just below the price table on the item's product page.

 

I want to put my company logo on the item but we do not have digital camera ready art. What do I do?

Our talented art department provides light touchups, simple color separations or re-sizing (on e-mailed art) and typesetting free of charge. If your artwork requires additional touch-ups, you will be billed at $25.00(G) per 1/2 hour. To receive a quote from our art department, please contact our customer service team using the form at the bottom of this page.

 

What is your lead time for an order?

Lead times may vary from product to product. The specific lead time for each product can be found on the item's product page under "Standard Production Time." Please note that lead times are based on 1-color imprints on one location, begin after credit approval and do not include transit time.

 

I have a special event date that has to be met, can you help me?

Absolutely! Contact the factory for rush service orders.

 

Can I order blank or undecorated products?

Yes! All of our items are available without decoration or printing.

 

I would like to have a sample of an item before placing my order. If I request a sample, will you send me one?

What are your general payment terms for an order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for orders to be delivered inside the United States. We also accept written and signed purchase orders from authorized promotional products distributors with established credit.
