Your brand, our products. At Corvest (Adva-Lite, Toppers and It’s All Greek To Me), we consider each and every customer as our partner in the growth and support of proven branding solutions. Our experience has allowed us to develop successful policies and procedures, ensuring we consistently serve our customers—and the industry—with excellence.

Orders

• The following must be confirmed in writing: decorated orders, changes to blank or decorated orders, reorders. Please also include previous purchase order number and date where applicable.
• Changes to your order may result in changes to the original ship date.

Order Acceptance

All orders are binding upon the corporation only after acceptance by Corvest.

Production Times

• Production time begins upon receipt of complete order and approval of artwork and credit.
• Normal production time for catalog quantity orders with one-color, one-location imprints:
• All items except drinkware: 5 business days.
• Drinkware: 7 day door-to-door service.
• Normal production time for catalog quantity orders with heat transfers: 10 business days.
• Normal production time for catalog quantity orders with up to 7,500 stitch embroidery: 10 business days.
• Larger orders and multi-color imprints may require more production time.

Blank Products

• Orders for blank merchandise at catalog quantities and prices placed by 3pm EST will be shipped the same day (orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day).
• For same-day shipments, orders will be shipped via Corvest preferred carriers only.
• Expedited shipments are available upon request.
• If the selected item is unavailable, Corvest will either upgrade your order to the next higher-priced item, or offer the same product in another color.
• Orders are subject to credit approval prior to acceptance.
• Call for lead times for large quantities (over catalog end quantity), insertions or other special handling.
• Corvest is not responsible for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.

Production Proofs

• Shipped and billed for 1-day service, unless otherwise notified.
• Must be approved same day of receipt to avoid production delays.
• Customer changes to proofs will cause additional costs and new lead times.
• Production times:
• E-Proof: 2-3 business days (required on orders over $1,000).
• Pre-Production Proof: 3-5 business days (required on orders over $5,000).

Pricing

• Less than minimum:
• Decorated Orders: Add $45(G) per order (1/2 of first column quantity is absolute minimum on decorated orders).
• Blank Orders: Add $3.75 (G) per order when ordering less than one case.
• Prices, items and colors are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

Over- and Under-Runs

Factory reserves the right to ship orders +/- 5% of specified quantity. Shortages will not be fulfilled. Add $50(G) for exact quantity.

Samples Turnaround

• Physical spec samples: 3-5 working days.
• Virtual spec samples: 1-2 working days (digital images of the product with the imprint applied; will be e-mailed in .pdf format).
• Embroidery samples: Please contact us for quotes.

Services

• Insertions: $0.50(G) per item (decorated orders only).
• Hang tag removal: $0.15(G) each item.
• Poly-bag repacking: $0.35(G) each item.
• Mailers: please inquire with factory as to size needed for each product.
• Individual padded envelope: Add $0.75(G) each; includes insertion and sealing.
• Individual corrugated mailer: Add $1.50(G) each; includes insertion and sealing.

Assorted Colors

One-fourth of catalog quantity minimum per color with the same imprint color and copy.

Ink Refills

All writing instrument ink cartridges can be replaced with standard-size refills available at most fine stationery stores.

Shipping

• F.O.B. Factory. All shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice.
• Please supply complete shipping address (no P.O. Boxes allowed).
• Please specify commercial or residential location upon ordering.
• Shipping: We will use Corvest preferred carriers, unless a specific carrier is requested and a shipper number is provided.
• Quote may be requested for shipping via overland truck.
• Corvest does not assume responsibility for time delays in transit. Factory responsibility ceases when merchandise is picked up by the carrier.

Delivery

Multiple drop shipment charges: $3.75(G) per location plus insurance and freight.

Packaging

All products come in the standard packaging indicated. Please contact your promotional products representative with any special packaging requests.

Rush Services

Accepted based on availability of production capacity. Additional charges may apply. Contact factory with your request.

Rapid Response

• Most Corvest items are available with 1-day rush service for an additional charge of $50(G). To be eligible for this service, purchase orders must include complete order details accompanied with acceptable artwork. Rapid Response is available on catalog quantities and prices with 1-color, 1-location screen print in standard locations only.
• If received in accordance with the parameters listed below, the order will ship the next business day.
• Complete order, including vector-based electronic artwork must be received before 1:00pm EST.
• Orders must be faxed to 1-877-924-4624 or emailed to orders@corvest.com with artwork.
• All artwork must be sent to orders@corvest.com with "Rapid Response" and purchase order number in subject line.
• Rapid Response and Promo Code RR must be designated on the order and in artwork submission.
• Artwork e-mail must state: distributor name, contact name and phone number, purchase order number, item number(s), PMS color, format used.
• Rapid Response timeline begins upon order confirmation/resolution, approved artwork & credit, and approval of proof if applicable.
• Proofs will not be provided unless requested. If requested, proof will be returned by 3pm and must be approved by 5pm on the same day as order submission.
• Maximum of three drop ships only.
• If the item you select is unavailable, Corvest will either upgrade your order to the next higher-priced item, or offer the same product in another color.
• Orders are subject to credit approval prior to acceptance.
• UPS is recommended. Custom carriers may be used. Please note: carrier’s availability for pick-up may impact lead times and, therefore, delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
• Call for lead times for large quantities (over catalog end quantity), insertions or other special handling.
• Corvest is not liable for delays due to acts of God or shipping carrier. Offer subject to stock availability.

7-Day Door-To-Door

Drinkware products designated with the 7-Day Door-to-Door icon will be produced and delivered within 7 business days. Door-to-Door service applies to all orders of catalog quantities only. To be eligible, orders must include acceptable artwork (color separated for multi-color imprints) and complete details that do not change upon receipt at Corvest.

Returns

Please contact us within 5 days of product delivery for a return goods authorization number and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to the factory.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and include a Corvest return authorization number.
• Returns not due to a Corvest error incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price plus any shipping costs.
• Charges are posted to the customer’s current balance.
• Once items are decorated, no returns will be accepted.
  • All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating.
  • For third parties, it is the decorator’s responsibility to verify shipments.

Claims

Please contact us within 5 days of product delivery for any shortages, damages or discrepancies. If you have a damaged shipment, original packaging must be retained for claim evaluation.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be in writing; verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
• Blank or decorated orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor expended to date, including shipping costs.

Product Warranties

• All Corvest products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the invoice date.
• Defective products may be returned for credit or replacement.
• Decorated products returned within 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and redecorated with original artwork free of charge.
• Decorated products returned after 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and returned blank.
• Warranty does not apply to products decorated by someone other than Corvest.

Disclaimer Policy

• 100% cotton fabric colors are not guaranteed to be colorfast.
• Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, Corvest cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot.
• Due to manufacturing tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations of 1/2".
• Corvest is not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping or Customs interventions.

The artwork designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed on this website are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for, the owners of the artwork, designs or trademark.

All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by the factory in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any such laws, and Corvest hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the factory’s use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement. All trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.
