Production Times

Production time begins upon receipt of complete order, artwork and credit approval.

• One-color/one-location imprints, normal production time for catalog quantity orders:
  • Plush and novelty items: 4-7 working days
  • Outdoor: 4-7 working days
• Embroidery: 7-10 working days
• Non-decorated items: 2 working days
• Larger orders and multi-color imprints: may require more production time
• Proof times:
  • Paper: 2-3 working days (after approval and return with authorized signature)
  • Pre-production: 3-5 working days

3-DAY Lightning Service^TM

Parameters

• "Lightning Service" must be designated on the order.
• Order must be complete and include correct pricing, art, ink color, accessory color and ship to address.
• Exact repeat orders must include previous reference information.
• Art must be emailed to mailart@iagtm.com. Artwork email must state: purchase order #, distributor name, contact name, phone number, and format used. Art must be emailed to the appropriate address, if not, order is not guaranteed to ship under lighting service.
• One standard decoration location only.
• No spec samples or proofs provided.
• Lightning Service is available only on stock plush products with up to two imprint colors at published catalog quantities.
• No special packaging, multiple drop ships or multiple ship methods.
• Call customer service for quantities and colors exceeding these guidelines
• Subject to pre-payment or credit approval prior to acceptance of the order. New accounts should be advised that the initial credit evaluation process may preclude us from providing this service.
• All other standard charges and terms will apply.

Artwork Requirements

Camera ready, vector art, exact repeat or new art with less than 1 hour of art modifications allowed. Please review the Decorating Information section for further details.

Samples Turnaround

• Physical spec samples: 3-5 working days.
• Virtual spec samples: 3-5 working days (digital images of the product with the imprint applied will be e-mailed in JPG formal).
• Embroidery samples: Please contact Customer Service for quotes.

Pricing

• Co-op pricing: Please contact Customer Service.
• Combined quantity pricing: Available on items of the same size and category.
• Large-quantity pricing: Please contact Customer Service.
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice.

Packaging

All products are packed bulk, unless otherwise specified. Additional fees will apply for customized packaging.

Over- and Under-Runs

Factory reserves the right to ship orders +/- 5% of specified quantity. Add $50.00(G) for exact quantity.

Claims

Please contact Customer Service within 5 days of product delivery for any shortages, damages or discrepancies.

Shipping

• F.O.B. Factory. All shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice.
• Please supply complete shipping address. NO P.O. BOX. Specify commercial or residential location upon ordering.
• Plush and novelty items: Unless otherwise specified, these items are shipped UPS Ground. Additional fees will apply for shipping exceptions.
• Outdoor: Quote may be requested for shipping via overland truck.
• It's All Greek To Me does not assume responsibility for time delays in transit. Factory responsibility ceases when merchandise is picked up by the carrier.
• All claims must be made directly to the carrier.

Returns

Return claims must be submitted to Customer Service within 5days of product delivery. Customers must request Return Authorization from It's All Greek To Me. Unauthorized returns will be refused. No Cash Refunds. Restocking fee of 25% applies to all returned goods, plus shipping cost.

Authorization

When you place an order with It's All Greek To Me, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute It's All Greek To Me products with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. You also consent to indemnify, defend and absolve It's All Greek To Me, as well as its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses. This will include legal fees arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This directive will remain in effect after delivery of your merchandise.
